Bob Schultz and the International New Home Sales Specialists (i-NHSS) is a world-renown sales training company that helps homebuilders and Realtors around the world improve sales while reducing unnecessary costs.
Bob Schultz, CEO and founder of i-NHSS, has spent over 40 years building a reputation as the world-leading new home sales trainer, adviser, and coach. He’s been called a Legend of Residential Marketing by the NAHB, and one of the 50 Most Influential People in Home Building by BUILDER magazine. With the dawn of the information age, Bob realized he could simultaneously expand his reach while reducing costs by conducting his training online.
To help Bob bring his training materials online, we managed the installation and configuration of a privately-hosted Moodle Learning Management System. We worked closely with Bob throughout the process, taking his administrative process and configuring the new system to adhere to his workflow as closely as possible – enabling a smooth transition to the web.
Since all of Bob’s learning materials were formatted and designed for in-person delivery, we converted all his pre-existing coursework materials into mobile-friendly, HTML5 documents that integrated with the LMS seamlessly, and allowed us to prevent unauthorized reproduction of his intellectual property. Additionally, we converted all written assignments and forms into Moodle assignment modules, allowing Bob to track learner progress and grade submitted assignments in a fraction of the time.
Video Conferencing Integration
To mitigate travel costs associated with Bob’s training program, we helped Bob adopt and deploy a new video conferencing system that integrates seamlessly with Moodle – allowing Bob to schedule, cancel, and host his lectures online without ever having to leave the office.
